InfoComm Makes CTS Exam Revisions

The new CTS exam folds “market A/V technologies” and “evaluate A/V personnel competencies” into a single task called: “perform AV finance and job-costing activities.” The CTS-D exam includes network design and configuration, system security, expanded content on digital video signals, digital content management, smart building technologies, and energy efficient design. The CTS-I test targets network setup and configuration, and wireless connectivity, including RF microphones and 802.11 microphones and 802.11 networks.
