Legrand acquiring Middle Atlantic Products

“Legrand North America, parent company of brand names including Cablofil, Ortronics and Wiremold, is acquiring Middle Atlantic Products. Legrand said it expects the deal to be finalized before the end of June. Middle Atlantic manufactures housing and support systems, including enclosures. (One is pictured below.)

The company said it is making this acquisition primarily to establish its place in the audio-visual (AV) market.”
